E-board responsibilities

President: Represents the chapter within the larger Evans Scholars Program, the WGA and the university, calls House and executive board meetings, ensures the best possible living environment for all Scholars.

New Scholar Educator: Creates the chapter’s New Scholar Program including organizing an open house and orientation week, aims to ensure a smooth transition for first-year Evans Scholars.

Executive Vice President: Oversees house upkeep and maintenance, ensures the chapter follows WGA and university policies and building codes.

Administrative Vice President: Oversees house appearance and cleanliness, enforces house jobs, supervises house cleanups.

Treasurer: Administers chapter funds, assesses and collects house dues, pays bills, prepares financial budget and reports.

Vice President Communications: Oversees the chapter's website and social media efforts. Also coordinates all other house communications and maintains chapter meeting minutes.
